The Project
A complete restoration of a 1930s Biltmore-corridor estate. We preserved the limestone elevation and formal proportions while rebuilding everything behind them — structure, systems, kitchen, baths, and a new wine cellar.
The result honors the home’s Italianate bones and brings them to a modern standard, from the reworked staircase and library to the terraced rear garden.
